To register for a clinic/camp, please fill out the form below, then use the PayPal button to pay for your clinic/camp. Be sure to click "Submit" before continuing to PayPal. Registration is not complete until you have BOTH submitted the form and paid via PayPal. PayPal account is not required to register.
*Note* If you are registering multiple players and/or coaches, please complete and submit the form for each participant. Once you add the camp to the PayPal shopping cart, you will be able to adjust the number of registrations you are purchasing.
